today marks the second day of weight gaining plan..haha ate porkchop and noodles for lunch today..dam filling...but nt every healthy..ahh who cares just whack food..i wanna be heavier! will take my weight at the end of one week to see my progress..meanwhile i will eat more and train more. yeah man! body and training aside, ive make improvements in my studies as well.. i finished my macro tutorial alr..as promised, lecture today, do tutorial today..hope i can keep up with this pace and nvr collapse man...gve me strength!
