training today was cool. ran a round of campus at quite a fast pace. i felt that i've improved. i could catch up with the pace. maybe its my slackness that helped me a little.. when i'm running i keep thinking, "quick catch up with the front group then can slack alr". cos after u catch up with them, u will be running at a more stable pace alr.. which was much easier.. lol. and i don't want to lag behind.. once u are behind, there's no turning back. yes definitely i've improve.
