damn, im getting too tan for my liking.. like seriously, face is oversteamed! lol like what fh said. had freestyle own time own target trng today.. was quite okay.. not very productive. but being in the boat for straight 1 hr plus is crazy. sun isn't friendly recently.

i wanna brush up my boat skills, boat endurance and vision in the pool.

Trunks, listen to my command.
Shoulder, get well soon.
Biceps, pull harder, get bigger
Rest of the body, just get bigger and stay freestylee
